How Many Now Have God’s Word?

The members of LCOR have had three Ministry Days at the Enfield Food Shelf (one each in October, November, and December).  Many, many individuals and families have been blessed through the generous donations of personal care items.  But it is such a joy to announce that 178 English Bibles have been given out and 9 Spanish Bibles have been distributed.  That’s 184 copies of God’s Word of salvation in Jesus Christ placed into the hands of people, many of who did not have a Bible before!!

PRAYER: Lord God, bless Your Word wherever it is proclaimed.  Make it a word of power and peace to convert those not yet your own and to confirm those who have come to saving faith. May Your Word pass from the ear to the heart, from the heart to the lip, and from the lip to the life that, as You have promised, Your Word may achieve the purpose for which You send it; through Jesus Christ, our Lord.  Amen
